大学英语专题课教师发展与团队建设——以福州大学为例

College ESP Teachers' Development and Teaching Group Building: Taking Fuzhou University as an Example

摘要 为适应大学英语教学改革的要求,应培养一支业务能力强且具备一定专业知识的大学英语专题课教师团队。当前大学英语教师在团队意识、教学理念、专业知识等方面都存在一些问题,严重影响了专题课教师的职业发展。以福州大学为例,各高校都应通过更新教学观念、优化知识结构、加强团队建设、完善教学评估与监督体系等途径,全面提高大学英语专题课教师的整体教学水平和科研能力,实现大学英语专题课教学的个性化发展。 It' s urgent to build a college ESP teaching group which possesses rich teaching experience as well as professional knowledge in order to adapt to the requirements of college English teaching reform. College English teachers have some problems in team spirit, teaching concept and professional knowledge, which severely hinder college ESP teachers 'career development. The thesis takes Fuzhou University as an example, points out that colleges should take various measures, such as updating teaching concept, optimizing knowledge structure, strengthening group building, improving teaching evaluation and supervision system, to improve the comprehensive abilities of college ESP teachers and individualize the college ESP teaching.
