摘要
以生产记录为样本数据,分析了总体趋势、出钢至精炼通电时间间隔、起机炉次、精炼周期等因素对精炼吨钢电耗的影响程度,介绍实施的优化与改进措施,使精炼吨钢平均电耗由28.12kW·h下降到22.64kW·h。
By taking the production record as the sample data, the influences of the general trend, the en- ergization time interval from tapping to refinning, the heat of casting start and the refining period to the refining power consumption pertonsteel were analyzed. The optimized and improvement measures implemented to reduce the average refining power consumption pertonsteel from 28.12 kW·h to 22.64 kW·h were introduced.
