首都医科大学被SCI收录论文的可视化分析

Visualization analysis of the Capital Medical University's articles in SCI

目的对首都医科大学近十年被科学引文索引(Science Citation Index,SCI)收录的论文情况进行可视化分析。方法本文选取Web of Science数据库,检索首都医科大学作者近十年发表的文献,利用Bibexcel、Pajek、Cite Space、VOSViewer等可视化分析工具,使用文献计量统计、词共现、作者共现、社会网络等方法,对首都医科大学近十年被SCI收录的论文从发文数量、发文期刊、作者合作网络、国家合作网络、文献影响力、研究热点等方面进行可视化分析。结果首都医科大学被SCI收录的文献量快速增长,文献影响力在稳步上升,优势学科明显,呈现几个集中热点领域,有待各领域均衡发展。结论首都医科大学今后在保证优势学科发展的基础上,应加强基础医学、交叉学科建设,注重提升期刊论文质量,进一步加强国际合作,提升学术论文的国际影响力。

Objective To visualization analysis the Capital Medical University＇s Science Citation Index（ SCI） articles in the last ten years. Methods This article will relate with the recent 10 years＇ citations of Capital Medical University in Web of Science,then we will use the visualization analysis tools such as Bibexcel,Pajek,Cite Space,VOSviewer,and bibliometrics statistics,word co-occurrence,author cooccurrence,social network analysis methods,to analyze the citations from the aspects of annual article number,publishing journal,author cooperation networks,country cooperation networks,article influence,research hot fields through visual figures and charts. Results The number of Capital Medical University＇s SCI articles had a rapid growth,a steady increase in the influence of the literatures,there were obvious disciplines advantages,several hot areas,but the balanced development of all areas was needed. Conclusion Capital Medical University should strengthen basic medicine and interdisciplinary construction in the future based on the dominant disciplines,focused on improving the quality and impact of journal articles,further strengthened international cooperation,enhanceed the international influence of academic papers.
