黄山学院与校外机构联合培养休闲体育人才的可行性研究

A Study on the Feasibility of the Joint Leisure Sports Talents Training of Huangshan University and Extramural Organizations

应用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法及数理统计法,对黄山学院体育学院与校外机构联合培养休闲体育人才的可行性进行研究,剖析了休闲体育人才在目前市场发展中的重要性以及黄山市对休闲体育人才的需求程度;黄山学院和校外机构联合培养的必要性和可行性,从更新培养理念、建立深度合作基地、构建新型评价机制等方面提出了发展策略,为休闲体育人才培养提供可持续发展的创新模式。

Using literature analysis, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics, the paper studies the necessity and feasibility of the joint leisure sports talents training of Huangshan University and extramural organizations based on an analysis of the importance of leisure sports talents in the market development and leisure sports talents demand in Huangshan City. The development strategy is put forward in terms of the renewal of training concept, the establishment of in-depth cooperation base, the construction of new evaluation mechanism and so on, which provides an innovation mode of sustainable development for leisure sports personnel training.
