在实践教学环节与企业联合培养专业技术人才的探究

Training Professional and Technical Personnel Jointly with Companies in the Practical Teaching Process

针对当前地方性高校黄山学院向应用型高水平大学转型过程中,结合校级重点学科应用化学专业的实践教学环节进行改革探究。并着重在实验教学、校内实训教学、实习教学及毕业论文(设计)这4个方面与企业加强合作,实现优势互补,对学生进行联合培养,从而将学生培养成满足市场及企业所需要的专业技术人才。

Based on the transformation of some domestic universities（such as Huangshan University） to applied high-level universities, this paper reforms the practical teaching of applied chemistry（a key discipline at school level）. The students are advised to be trained jointly through school-enterprise cooperation in terms of experimental teaching, on-campus training, practical teaching and graduation thesis（design） to complement each other＇s advantages and cultivate professionals that meet the needs of the market and the enterprise.
