A Research on Carbon Emission Trading Pattern in Guangdong

广东自2010年被国家纳入七个碳排放交易试点省份之一,于2012年正式启动碳排放交易试点,开始探索广东碳排放交易模式。自运行以来,广东存在碳排放约束和初始碳排放分配等制约障碍,但尚具有很强的碳排放减排潜力。综合国外和广东碳排放交易机制,在碳排放一级市场和二级市场的基础上,可以尝试推行广东碳排放一期、二期和三期的交易模式。

Guangdong was included in one of seven provinces for carbon emissions trading pilot in 2010, its programwas officially launched in 2012 with exploration of the carbon emissions trading model in Guangdong. Since its operation, there are some obstacles such as carbon emission constraints and initial carbon emission distribution, but it still has a strong potential for carbon emission reduction. The paper argues that using foreign and Guangdong carbon emissions trading mechanism based on the carbon emissions of the primary market and the secondary market, stage1,2,3 of trade pattern can be promoted in carbon emissions of Guangdong.
