摘要
应用型院校作为有别于传统学术性大学和高等职业技术院校的教育类型,是高等教育改革发展的当然使命,其自身的发展定位、人才培养、教育教学等特征有利于大学生创业教育的开展。而"后福特主义"作为一种世界产业经济发展过程中的新思想,对应用型高校的创业教育具有较强的指导意义。"后福特主义"理论中的劳动者标准、柔性化、精益生产和水平型组织方式等理念与应用型高校创业教育融合,衍生为应用性高校的"双融普惠""人格资本""并行工程"和"竞争性外包服务"等大学生创业教育的新理念。
Being a new type of education different from traditional academic universities and higher vocational colleges,applied universities emerge as an indispensable mission of higher education reform and development. Applied university education has certain characteristics in its development and planning,personnel training and teaching practices,which can facilitate entrepreneurship education for university students. And"Post-fordism",a new theory developed in the process of global economic growth,is highly instructive to entrepreneurship education in applied universities,since new concepts such as "inclusivity""personality capital""co-current engineering"and "competitive outsourcing"of entrepreneurship education can be derived from"labor standards""flexibility""lean production"and"horizontal organization structure"in Post-fordism theory when it is integrated with education of applied university.
