摘要
政区调整是政权有效控制地区的最优策略。汉武帝通过"广关置郡",将崤函道纳入政区界内,增强了控制关东的能力,进而保障以长安为中心的绝对安全。东汉定都洛阳,凭借调整弘农郡界,转向控制关中地区。二者相比之下,足见弘农郡在平衡长安、洛阳以及关中、关东政治形势的重要性。甚至隋唐宋金时期,此区域仍处于不断被调整的状态。元明之后,自潼关分界,东归河南,西入陕西,沿袭至今。
Administrative region is the optimal strategy to control effectively the regime area. The emperor of Hanwu adjust the county area, the Xiao--han road into the area, enhance the ability to control the Guandong area, absolute security in Chang-an as the center of Luo yang. After the Eastern Han Dynasty capital, by adjusting the Hongnong County community, steering control in Guanzhong area. Two compared with that in the Hongnong County balance in Chang-an, Luo yang and Guanzhong, the importance of Guandong area political situation.
