摘要
对我国《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》和美国NAEYC《幼儿教师职业准备标准》进行比较,从层次结构、基本内容两方面分析了二者的共性和差异,并提出我国应制订地方性幼儿教师专业标准,并实施幼儿教师专业职称评估体系,以建立我国幼儿教师专业化标准的完整体系。
With comparison of standards for early childhood professional preparation and Chinese professional standards for kindergarten teachers, this paper analyses the differences and similarities between them from their layers of structure and basic content. According to the comparison and analysis, the paper points out that local standards for kindergarten teachers' profession should be made and kindergarten teachers' professional assessment system should be applied.
