摘要
目的:制备鸦胆子油鼻用p H敏感型原位凝胶以及对其体外释放行为进行考察。方法:以卡波姆934、羟丙基甲基纤维素HPMC为凝胶基质,以黏度为评价指标,采用磁力搅拌法制备鼻用p H敏感型原位凝胶,并采用半透膜透析法,研究药物累积释放率随时间的变化规律,并对曲线进行拟合分析,探讨鸦胆子油鼻用p H敏感型原位凝胶的体外释放行为。结果:选用0.5%卡波姆与0.5%HPMC作为基质制得鸦胆子油鼻用p H敏感型原位凝胶,该制剂体外释放行为接近一级方程模型(r=0.9978)。结论:成功制得鸦胆子油鼻用p H敏感型原位凝胶,且其按照一级动力学模型释放。
Objective:To prepare the p H sensitive in-situ gel system containing for Brucea java fruit oil nasal use and to study the drug release in vitro. Methods:The p H sensitive in-situ gel system containing Brucea java fruit oil was prepared by carbomer 934,hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose as gel materials,viscosity as evaluation index,the semipermeable membrane intercept experiment was applied to investigate the drug release and gel erosion,and the data were analyzed with fitted equations Results:The p H sensitive in-situ gel system containing for Brucea java fruit oil nasal use was prepared by 0.5% carbomer 934 and 0.5% hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose,the release behavior in vitro could be described by first order release model. Conclusions:p H sensitive in-situ gel of Brucea java fruit oil in nasal has successfully prepared and its release by first order release model.
