二仙汤由淫羊藿、仙茅、巴戟天、黄柏、知母、当归组成,具有温肾阳、补肾精、泻相火、调冲任的功效,临床运用广泛,在妇科主要用于围绝经期综合征、卵巢早衰、乳腺增生、骨质疏松症等疾病,相关实验研究发现其具有改善雌激素受体表达、提升卵巢功能、抑制骨质疏松等作用。

Erxian Decoction,which is composed of the following herbs Herba Epimedii,Curculigo orchioides Gaertn,Radix Morindae officinalis,Rhizome Anemarrhenae,Cortex Phellodendri,and Radix Angelicae sinensis,has the efficacies of warming the kidney Yang,tonifying the kidney essence,purging the ministerial fire,regulating the thoroughfare and conception channels. With the extensively clinical applications,it mainly is employed in the gynecological diseases of the perimenopausal syndrome,the premature ovarian failure and the hyperplasia of mammary glands,the osteoporosis,etc.,the related experimental researchs find it has the effects of improving estrogen receptor（ER）expression,promoting ovarian function,suppressing osteoporosis（OP）and so on.
