子宫内膜容受性基因标志物研究进展

Research Progress of Genetic Markers of Endometrial Receptivity

子宫内膜容受性是指子宫内膜处于一种允许囊胚定位、黏附、侵入并诱导子宫内膜间质发生变化,从而导致胚胎着床的状态。子宫内膜相关因子的表达会随着子宫内膜容受性的变化而变化,并具有严格的时空特异性。目前关于子宫内膜容受性标志物的研究主要涉及到超声形态学、组织形态学、分子生物学、基因组学4个方面。通过对子宫内膜容受性标志物进行研究,不仅能对子宫内膜容受性进行实时监测,而且还能采取相应的措施改善子宫内膜容受性,从而提高辅助生殖技术(ART)中的胚胎种植率。该文从基因水平对子宫内膜容受性相关标志物的研究进展进行综述报道,以供参考。

The endometrial receptivity refers to the endometrium acquires properties that permit the positioning,adhesion and invasion of an embryo and induce the endometrial stromal changes,leading to the implantation of an embryo. The expression of different factors connected with uterine receptivity would change along with the development of endometrial receptivity,and it is a spatially and temporally restricted phenomenon. Current research on endometrial receptivity markers mainly related to four aspects including the ultrasound morphology,histomorphology,molecular biolog and genomics. Researching on the endometrial receptivity markers can help not only real-time monitoring on the endometrial receptivity but also take corresponding improvement measures to improve the endometrial receptivity,aiming to improve the pregnancy rate in assisted reproductive technology（ART）. This article aims to review the research progress of genetic markers of endometrial receptivity.
