通过介绍近些年来针刺治疗缺血性脑血管病的实验研究,探求它的作用机制并对其进行综述,发现针刺治疗缺血性脑血管疾病的机制非常复杂,针刺后脑微循环、氧自由基和细胞凋亡等方面都发生相应的改变。可见,针刺治疗缺血性脑血管疾病确有其科学基础,值得推广应用,以提高其在医学领域的影响力。
