摘要
目的:观察中药膏(甲肿一号)对甲状腺肿大患者的疗效及中医护理体会。方法:将100例甲状腺病人随机分为治疗组与对照组两组,每组各50例,对照组采用常规治疗及护理方法,治疗组采用中药膏穴位贴敷及中医特色护理方法进行护理,观察两组的护理效果。结果:治疗组的50例患者经过合理的治疗与专业护理取得了较好的临床疗效。结论:采用中药膏(甲肿一号)穴位贴敷治疗甲状腺并结合专业护理可以有效的提高甲状腺的治愈率,并能尽快缩小甲状腺,大大减少了病人的痛苦,值得临床推广。
Objective：To observe the ointment（goiter NO.1）curative effect and experience of TCM nursing in patients with thyroid enlargement. Methods：100 cases of gout patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,two cases in each group,50 cases in each group,the control group was treated with conventional therapy and nursing,and the treatment group was treated with Chinese herbalmedicine. Results：50 patients in the treatment group were treated with reasonable treatment and nursing. Conclusion：The ointment（goiter NO.1）acupoint dressing in the treatment of thyroid and the combination of professional nursing can effectively improve thyroid cure rate,and as soon as possible reduction of thyroid,greatly reducing the patients＇ pain,is worth of clinical promotion.
