静脉推注间苯三酚合并中医疗法在产后尿潴留产妇中应用

Effect of Phloroglucinol Combined with Chinese Medicine Therapy in the Treatment of Postpartum Urinary Retention

目的:探讨静脉推注间苯三酚合并中医疗法在产后尿潴留中的应用效果。方法:将我院2013年8月—2015年8月出现产后尿潴留的80例产妇随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规处理+静脉推注间苯三酚,观察组在对照组的基础上采用中医疗法,比较两组尿潴留治疗效果、产后出血、尿道感染及导尿管治疗情况等。结果:观察组的起效时间短于对照组,总有效率95.0%高于对照组的77.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产后24 h的出血量少于对照组,尿道感染的发生率、行导尿管治疗率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:静脉推注间苯三酚联合中医疗法能够提高产后尿潴留的治疗效果,显著缓解患者的临床症状,且起效迅速,不良反应少。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of phloroglucinol injection combined with TCM therapy in the treatment of postpartum retention urinary. Methods：80 cases of patients in our hospital from august 2013 to august 2015 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was received conventional treatment and phloroglucinol injection,the observation group was given TCM therapy based on the control group,the two groups were compared of the clinical effect,postpartum hemorrhage,urinary tract infection,and catheter treatment etc. Results：The onset time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the total efficiency was 95% higher than 77.5% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. 24 h postpartum bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the incidence of urinary tract infections,catheter treatment rate was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The adverse reactions of the two groups had no statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Phloroglucinol injection combined with TCM therapy can improve the treatment effect of postpartum urinary retention,significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,and the onset of rapid,less adverse reactions.
