生肌玉红膏联合生肌红粉膏在肛周脓肿术后患者伤口愈合中作用

Effect of Shengji Yuhong Ointment Combined with Shengji Hongfen Ointment in Patients with Perianal Abscess Postoperative Wound Healing

目的:探讨生肌玉红膏联合生肌红粉膏在肛周脓肿术后患者伤口愈合的作用。方法:选取2010年12月—2014年12月本院肛肠科收治的120例行肛周脓肿一次性根治术的患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,两组患者均予1∶5000呋喃西林棉球局部消毒创面,对照组患者术后一直使用生肌玉红膏纱条换药。观察组患者首先在创面外敷生肌红粉膏纱条,并用消毒纱布包扎固定,待腐肉完全脱落后,改用生肌玉红膏纱条换药。分别于术后第1天及术后第28天采用视觉模拟疼痛(VAS)评分法对换药时创面疼痛程度评分;采用肛缘水肿量化积分法对创面水肿情况进行评价,并比较两组患者疗效。结果:观察组患者痊愈率为45.00%,有效率为88.33%,均高于对照组,痊愈率为31.67%,有效率为68.33%;两组患者术后第28天换药时疼痛评分及水肿评分均较术后第1天下降,且观察组下降更明显;观察组患者创面愈合率为(91.35%±3.87%),明显高于对照组(82.16%±3.25%),观察组创面愈合时间为(22.32±3.52)d,明显短于对照组(25.49±3.86)d。结论:生肌玉红膏联合生肌红粉膏可以减轻肛周脓肿术后患者创面水肿程度及疼痛疼痛,提高疗效,值得应用。

Objective：To investigate Shengjiyuhong Ointment combined with Shengji Hongfen Ointment in patients with wound healing after perianal abscess surgery. Methods：120 cases of perianal abscess disposable cure patients were selected from December 2010 to December 2014,divided into the observation group and the control group,two groups of patients were given 1∶5000 furacilin cotton local disinfection of the wound,in control group,patients. Patients in the observation group with Shengji Hongfen Ointment gauze topical at first,sterile gauze bandage fixed,wait for carrion shedding,use were given Shengji HongfenOintment. Respectively on postoperative day 1 and postoperative day 28 by visual analog pain（VAS）scores of dressing wound pain score;the anal margin of edema quantitative integral method to evaluate the wound edema and compared two groups. Results：Observation group cure rate was 45.00% rate was 88.33%,which was higher than that of the control group,the cure rate was 31.67% and effective rate was 68.33%;two groups of patients with postoperative day 28 dressing pain score and the edema scores were shorter than postoperative 1,and the observation group decreased more significantly;observation groups of patients the wound healing rate was（91.35%±3.87%）was significantly higher than that in control group（82.16± 3.25%）,observation group wound healing time was（22.32±3.52）days,significantly shorter than that of the control group（25.49±3.86）d. Conclusion：Shengji Yuhong Ointment and Shengji Hongfen Ointment can reduce the perianal abscess postoperative wound in patients with edema and pain,improve the curative effect,it is worthy of application.
