行气健脾中药联合化疗治疗转移性三阴性乳腺癌患者临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Chemotherapy Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine for Promoting the Circulation of Qi and Invigorating Spleen in the Treatment of Metastatic Triple Negative Breast Cancer

目的探析行气健脾中药联合化疗治疗转移性三阴性乳腺癌患者临床疗效。方法:应用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组患者应用CEF方案化疗,治疗组患者应用行气健脾中药联合化疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗前后两组中医症状评分比较,差异明显(P<0.01),且组间比较差异显著(P<0.01);近期疗效比较,治疗组84.4%,对照组78.8%,无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组患者生活质量改善比较,治疗组81.3%,对照组57.6%,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应明显少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组平均无进展生存期(PFS)为(0.84±1.02)个月,对照组平均无进展生存期(PFS)为(0.71±0.73)个月,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:行气健脾中药联合化疗可改善患者化疗期间副作用,提高患者生存质量。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of chemotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）for promoting circulation of Qi and invigorating spleen in the treatment of metastatic triple negative breast cancer. Methods：Patients were randomly divided into two groups. To compare the clinical. control group was offered in control group,TCM combined with chemotherapy were provided in the treatment group. Results：TCM symptom scores in both groups,compared with before treatment,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）,and the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.01）,recent comparative efficacy of the two groups,the treatment group was 84.4%,the control group was 78.8%,no significant difference（P〈0.05）,two groups of patients improved quality of life compared with 81.3% in treatment group and control group was 57.6%,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）,after treatment,white blood cell and platelet counts of the treatment group were reduced to varying degrees（P〈0.05）,but the level lower than the control group（P〈0.05）,the treatment group gastrointestinal symptoms score was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）,the average progression-free survival（PFS）treatment group was（0.84±1.02）months,the average progressionfree survival（PFS）control group was（0.71±0.73）months,the difference was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Promoting circulation of Qi and invigorating spleen can relieve symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.
