摘要
病原微生物与宿主的相互作用是感染性疾病发生的基础,涉及病原微生物在宿主体内的生存、复制、传播及致病等多个过程。病原菌在进化过程中发展了多种策略以攻击宿主,其中最重要的一种方式就是通过毒力蛋白影响宿主细胞信号通路,病原菌可以通过多种方式阻断宿主信号通路的激活,如乙酰化、β消除等。研究病原体与宿主细胞相互作用的规律,有望发现具有广谱作用的传染病防治药物。我们就病原体通过信号转导影响细胞功能的研究进展做简要综述。
The interaction of pathogenic microbes with the host is the basis of the occurrence of infectious dis-eases, which involved in several processes of pathogenic microorganisms survival, copy, distribute, and pathogenicin the host. Pathogenic bacteria have evolved several clever survival strategies for attacking host, one of most im-portant way is the virulence factor interfere host cell signaling. Pathogenic bacteria have evolved a variety of strate-gies to block the activation of signaling pathway, such as bacterially-mediated acetylation, β-elimination, and lyticmodifications, etc. Study the regular pattern of the interactions between pathogens and host cells is expected to dis-cover a broad spectrum drug to prevent and control infectious diseases.
