再分配对居民消费水平及城乡收入差距的影响——基于基础性建设投资视角的实证分析

The Influence of Redistribution on Residents' Consumption Level and the Urban-rural Income Gap

基于EG-ADF、JJ协整检验等分析方法,对广西1990—2014年国民收入再分配在城乡两地基础性建设投资对居民消费水平及城乡收入差距的影响进行研究。结果表明:城乡两地基础性建设投资提升了居民消费水平,同等的再分配在城镇可提升居民消费水平的强度4倍于在农村的强度;城镇基础性建设投资扩大了城乡收入差距,农村投资缩小了城乡收入差距,同等的再分配投资最终会缩小城乡收入差距。

Study the influence of redistribution on residents＇ consumption level and the urban-rural income gap of Guangxi in 1990- 2014 years using the EG-ADF,JJ Cointegration Analysis and other methods,the results show that：The Basic urban and rural areas construction investment both improve the residents＇ consumption level .If given equal investment,the strength of urban investment increased the residents＇ consumption level is 4 times the strength of the rural;Urban basic construction investment expands the urban-rural income gap, rural investment can contract the urban-rural income gap.The equal national income redistribution in urban and rural will contract the urban-rural income gap at last.
