广东省流动人口典型化特征识别与启示

A Study on Typical Features of Floating Population in Guangdong Province

广东省是经济人口大省和全国人口流动主要目的地,识别其流动人口的典型化特征有利于充分发挥人口红利的积极作用。本文利用第六次全国人口普查数据分析广东省流动人口的构成和来源地情况,研究流动人口的性别比、年龄结构、受教育程度等人力资本特征,流动人口的区域分布特征及其与区域经济发展的关系。研究发现,广东省流动人口具有规模大、年龄结构轻、抚养比低、受教育程度高、分布聚集度高等特征,为广东省经济发展提供了丰厚的人口红利。本文提出创新流动人口服务管理制度,提升流动人口规模质量,促进流动人口分布与广东省经济发展格局协调匹配等建议。

Guangdong province is the main destination of floating population of the whole country. To identi- fy the floating population＇ s typical features improves the positive effect of the demographic dividend. Using data of the Sixth National Population Census, we analyzed the basic condition of floating population in Guangdong province, gender ratio, age structure, education degree, regional distribution and the relationship withregional economic development. We found that the floating population in Guangdong province has the characteristics of large scale, low dependency ratio, high education level and agglomeration of distribu- tion, which provided a huge demographic dividend for the economic development of Guangdong province. Finally, we puts forward some suggestions to improve the management and service of floating population.
