当代青年群际偏见的原因及对策分析

The Reasons of Intergroup Prejudice of the Contemporary Youth and the Countermeasure

由于性别、资源、机遇、文化、价值观和观点等方面的差异,当代青年可以划分为各种群体,不同群体之间存在群际偏见现象,阻碍着和谐社会的建设。这些群际偏见产生的原因既有人格因素、认知因素、动机因素等主观因素,又有群际威胁、群际隔离、社会公平等客观原因。可以通过在个人层面注重自我调节、在人际层面勇于对抗偏见、在群际层面增加群际接触、在社区层面进行反偏见教育、在国家层面促进社会公平等策略来降低当代青年的群际偏见水平。

Due to differences in gender,resources,opportunities,culture,values and viewpoints,the contemporary youth can be divided into various groups,and intergroup prej udice is very common among different groups,which hinders the construction of harmonious society.The causes of intergroup prej udice consist of subj ective factors such as personality factors,cognitive factors and motivation factors,objective reasons such as intergroup threaten,intergroup isolation,so-cial fairness and so on.There are several strategies to reduce the intergroup prej udice of the contemporary youth：using self regulation at the individual level,daring to confront prej udice at the interpersonal level,increasing intergroup contact at the intergroup level,processing anti-prej udice education at the community level,and promoting social justice at the na-tional level,etc.
