摘要 钒钛矿冶炼高炉利用系数提高后,高炉炉前出铁成为限制因素。介绍了高炉炉前开口机挡板的使用现状,针对开口机钻杆与挡板之间由于摩擦和震动造成的孔洞熔蚀问题,设计了一种新型开口机挡板。新型挡板结构简单、制作成本低、维护方便,提高了开口机挡板的使用寿命。 With the utilization coefficient of vanadium - titanium ore smelting blast furnace getting raised, the tapping stage becomes the limit factor for the blast furnace. The operation situation of stopping plate of nozzle - tapping machine of blast furnace is introduced. To solve the problem of hole erosion of the plate caused by friction and vibration between drill pipe and the plate, a kind of new - type nozzle - tapping machine stopping plate is designed. It has advantages of simple structure, low making cost and convenient maintenance, and has longer work life.
