摘要
引用欧拉公式的压杆稳定原理,对高速线材生产中经常发生的废品箱堆钢事故进行了剖析,分析了轧件在运行过程中受到的各种力,结合生产现场发生的事故进行了验证,找出了造成废品箱堆钢的原因、故障点的查找方法和理论依据,对实际生产有指导意义。
With Euler's Formula for stabilization of compressive bar, it is analyzed the steel pile - up accidents in rejected product box of high - speed wire production line, analyzed the various forces applied on rolling pieces in operation and confirmed these forces in the site accidents, found out the reason, got the search method and its theoretic basis for accident points. All of these has a guide significance for actual production.
