摘要
为提高烧结矿产能,满足高炉提高烧结矿配比后对烧结矿产量的需求,邯宝炼铁厂对烧结车间1#烧结机进行扩容改造。针对烧结机扩容改造后产能提升面临的生产组织问题,从工艺和管理方面采取了一系列的技术措施,全年烧结矿产量提高31万t,改善了烧结矿质量,降低了固体燃耗,取得了较好的效果。
To increase sinter output to meet the requirement of blast furnace after raising sinter proportioning, the sintering machine 1 of sintering workshop of Hanbao is reformed for capacity expansion. A series of tech- nical measures in process and management are adopted to improve the facing problems in production organi- zation. After that the annual sinter output is increased by 310 thousands of ton, the sinter quality improved, the solid fuel consumption reduced, good effect got.
