昆玉钢铁2#、3#高炉复产开炉生产实践

PRACTICE TO BLOW ON AND RESTART PRODUCTION OF BLAST FURNACE 2 AND 3 IN KUNYU

2015年4月12日、4月19日昆玉钢铁公司2#、3#高炉分别在停炉165天、173天后开炉复产。本次开炉前期准备充分,开炉焦比选择准确,后续开风口、降焦比、布料角度调整紧凑合理,整个开炉过程非常顺利,实现了安全、顺利开炉、快速达产的既定目标。

After blowing off for 165 and 173 days, the blast furnace 2 and 3 of Kunyu blew on and restarted production in Apr. 12, and Apr. 19, of 2015. With full preparation before blowing on, accurate selection for blowing coke ratio, and compact and reasonable following steps： opening tuyere, reducing coke ratio and adjusting charge distributing angle, the all procedure was very smooth, the target of safe, blowing on and fast reaching the rated output is got.
