摘要
介绍了承钢棒材生产线冷床的基本结构与电气自动控制方式,从设备结构和电气自动控制方面分析了该生产线三段步进式冷床过扭矩无法正常运行的原因,探讨了解决此类问题的方法,降低了故障处理时间,保障了冷床的安全运行。
It is introduced the basic structure and electric control method of cooling bed of bar steels produc- tion line of Cheng Steel, analyzed the reason for abnormal operation of the three - section step - by - step cooling bed in this line because of over torque, discussed the method to solve this kind of problems. With these the breakdown treating time is shortened, the safe operation of cooling bed is guaranteed.
