针对少槽永磁直流电动机的结构特点,进行了分析和研究。根据设计经验,总结出一套的关于主要尺寸、电枢尺寸、磁极尺寸、机壳尺寸、绕组尺寸以及换向器尺寸的确定方法及步骤,可供工程技术人员参考。

In this paper, the permanent magnet DC motor with minority slot areanalysised and researched. According to design experience, a set of determination method and step are induced about the dimension of armature, poles, shell, winding and commutator. Those method can be referred by engineers and technicians.
