摘要 为了提高环境工程专业应用型人才培养的质量,针对实践教学中存在的实验环节嵌入社会需求不足、实训环节嵌入企业力度不足等问题,提出了嵌入式实践教学体系改革的举措。改革内容主要包括:将应用型人才能力需求嵌入专业实验内容;将卓工技能训练模式嵌入学生生产实训;将科研项目和学科竞赛等内容嵌入素质拓展;将课程设计和毕业设计等课程嵌入企业实训。通过嵌入式实践教学改革的探索,在毕业生能力、考研率、科研成果等方面取得了一定成效,为提升环境工程专业学生的综合素质提供了一种可行的方法。 In order to improve the training quality of applied talents in environmental engineering specialty,the reform measures are proposed aiming at the shortage of current practical teaching system of environmental engineering specialty.In order to reform,the demand of applied talents should be embedded in the professional experiment content,and the skills training model of the distinguished engineer should be embedded in the production training for students,and the research projects and the academic competition should be embedded in the quality extends,and the graduation design should be embedded in enterprise training.Through the exploration of the embedded practical teaching system reform,some successes are achieved in improving the ability of graduates,postgraduate entrance examination rate and scientific achievements,and some feasible solutions are found to enhance the comprehensive quality of the students in environmental engineering specialty.
