Progress of prognostic factors in children with systemic lupus erythematosus

系统性红斑狼疮是一种累及多系统的自身免疫性疾病，儿童患者预后较成人差，病死率较高。多种与系统性红斑狼疮发病和病情加重的相关因素如遗传因素、环境因素及自体因素对儿童患者的生存都有一定的影响。为进一步提高儿童系统性红斑狼疮的诊疗水平，改善其预后，该文就影响儿童系统性红斑狼疮预后主要影响因素的研究进展作一综述。

Systemic lupus erythematosus is a kind of autoimmune disease which may lead to multisystem involvement, with high mortality. As is well known, the prognosis of children is worse than that of adults. Many factors such as genetic factor, environmental factor and the self factors affect the survival of children with systemic lupus erythematosus. In order to improve the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis, this article reviews the recent research of the main factors affecting the prognosis of children with systemic lupus erythematosus.
