摘要
为了分析消费者在运营商电子渠道的支付行为,主要通过相关调研数据,分析消费者在运营商电子渠道购买终端时影响在线支付的相关要素,如消费者来源、使用习惯、终端特征,并分析使用在线支付的消费者自身特征,最后分析改变消费者使用习惯所需要采取的举措,从而希望借此为工作中提升在线支付比例、增加妥投率等提供支撑。
To analyze payment behavior of consumers in operator's e-commerce, using research data, this paper analyzed relevant factors influencing consumers' online payment on shopping terminals, such as customer source, use habit, terminal characteristics, and the characteristics of consumers using online payment, finally, what initiatives to take to change consumer habits, thus providing support to increase online payment proportion and delivery rate.
