摘要
介绍了一种利用智能手机拍照功能,结合免费光学测试软件GOM Correlate V8来测量平板拉伸试样n值和r值的方法,并通过对比试验验证了该方法的可行性和精度。该方法可在试样上任意位置取任意长度的标距,从而避免引伸计标距对伸长率的影响。同时该方法装备简易、性价比高,给经费紧张的小型检测实验室提供了一种测定材料n值和r值的有效的解决方案。
A method using smart phone camera feature and free digital image correlation(DIC)and evaluation software GOM Correlate V8 to measure nvalue and r value of steel sheet was introduced.The feasibility and accuracy of this method was verified by contrast test.In this method,any gauge length on the specimen can be set so that the influence of extensometer gauge length on ductility can be avoided.The method can be equipped easily and has high cost-performance,which is a suitable solution to measure nvalue and r value of steel sheet for small lab.
