摘要
SIRT7是Sirtuins蛋白家族(组蛋白去乙酰化酶类)成员之一,位于17号亚染色体(17q25.3)的单拷贝基因。以往研究多集中在SIRT1~SIRT6,近年来,随着对SIRT7研究的不断深入,发现其对特定底物具有脱乙酰化物酶的活性,可通过多种途径参与基因转录、蛋白质合成、染色体重构及细胞应激等过程的调节。此外,SIRT7还参与相关疾病及衰老的发生发展过程。本文就近年来SIRT7研究进展作一综述。
Objective SIRT7 is one member of sirtuins protein family( histone deacetylase complex enzymes),which is a single copy gene located on chromosome 17( 17q25. 3). Previous studies mostly focused on SIRT1 ~ SIRT6.In recent years,SIRT7 showed acetylate enzyme activity in some studies. And SIRT7 could regulate gene transcription,protein synthesis,chromosome remodeling and cell stress and other processes of regulation through a variety of ways. In addition,it is involved in the regulation of related diseases and the occurrence and development of aging. The present work makes a brief reviewof the mechanism of SIRT7 involved in the process.
