将医患沟通技巧纳入教学中的必要性

The necessity of incorporating doctor-patient communication skills into Classroom Teaching

医患矛盾已经成为一个社会问题,医患沟通不良往往会带来严重的后果。良好的沟通可促进医患和谐,因此,良好的沟通能力的培养势在必行。本文结合临床实际,从减少医疗纠纷、顺应医疗模式的转变、顺应教学模式的转变和医生培养模式的转变等角度探讨将沟通技巧纳入教学中的必要性,以及如何将医患沟通纳入常规教学的几点建议。本文从如何培养一个合格的具备良好沟通能力的医生着手,提出更合理化的医学教学方法设想。

The conflicts of doctor-patient have become a social problem,and poor communication often leads to serious consequences. Appropriate communication can promote the harmony between doctors and patients. Therefore,it is imperative to cultivate communication skills. This paper is based on the clinical practices. Considering that it is necessary not only to reduce the medical conflicts but also to adapt the change of medical model and the model of instruction to strengthen the cultivation of medical students＇ communication skills. Also,based on training a qualified doctor with good communication ability,we put forward some practical and feasible teaching methods.
