信阳市农业科学院“十三五”农业科研发展规划探讨

Discussions on Development Plan of Agricultural Scientific Research in "13th Five-Year Plan" of Xinyang Academy of Agricultural Sciences

文章以信阳市农业科学院为例,从科技创新体系、科技支撑能力、科技引领作用、项目带动战略、科技服务水平、区域科技合作六个方面介绍了农业科研事业发展状况,分析了地方农业科研事业面临的形势,探讨了"十三五"农业科研发展的指导思想,并提出了六个发展目标、六个发展方向、六个科研重点和八个精准措施。

Taking Xinyang Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, development state of agricultural scientific research was introduced in this article, including science and technology innovation system, supporting ability of science and technology, leading role of science and technology, project driven strategy, the service level of science and technology, regional science and technology cooperation, and so on. The situation of the local agricultural scientific research was analyzed, the guiding ideology of the ＂13th Five-Year Plan＂ development of agricultural scientific research was discussed, and six development goals, six development directions, six scientific research tasks, and eight precision measures were put forward.
