Promoting Construction of Modern Fruit Industry by the Industrialization Model

基于"微笑曲线"理论,文章分析了我国果业在产品研发、制造加工、流通三个环节的发展现状和存在的问题,并从全产业链的视角探寻了产业结构和价值链构建途径,认为运用工业化先进理论指导,优化水果产业结构,重构价值链,应作为我国传统果业转型升级的重要发展方向。

Based on the theory of ＂smile curve＂, the current development situation and existing problems of the Chinese fruit industry were analyzed in three links of research and development, manufacturing, and circulation. The industrial structure and construction of value chain were explored in the perspective of the whole industry chain. It was concluded that optimization of fruit industrial structure and reconstruction of the value chain on the basis of industrialization advanced theory were one of the important development directions for upgrading of Chinese traditional fruit industry.
