数字档案馆绩效测评包括明确价值取向、确定战略目标、选取测评方法、制定测评方案、划分绩效等级、实施绩效监控、绩效反馈与应用等流程。在测评工作中,应对测评主体、对象、过程、及结果反馈等关键事项进行技术处理。
The performance evaluation of digital archives includes a clear value orientation and strategic objectives, selecting e- valuation method, formulating evaluation program, dividing the grades of the performance, the implementation of performance monitoring, performance feedback and application. During the evaluation, it＇s necessary to deal with such potential problems as the evaluation subject, object, process, the results of feedback and application.
