摘要
在全球一体化进程迅猛深入的新形势下,国际竞争格局已经定位在了人才的竞争层面,使得人力资源相关理论与实践的相关研究力度不断增强。应此背景,我国已越来越清晰地认识到了人力资源竞争力的重要作用,并且在国际化发展视域下意识到了我国同发达国家人力资源竞争力之间的差距。由此,我国各界越来越多学者开始致力于中国人力资源竞争力水平的深入研究,使之成为当代的热门课题,共同的目的均在于帮助我国强化人力资源竞争力以更有力地应对国际化发展背景的新形势和新挑战。本文将以此为出发点,基于国际化新形势背景剖析中国人力资源竞争力的现状,并通过与发达国家的比较找寻我国人力资源竞争力发展存在的问题,最后为我国人力资源竞争力的提升提出几点看法,以期能够为相关领域更深层次研究的展开提供些许有价值的参考。
In this paper, taking the opportunity of the starting point, based on the background of the new international situation to analyze the competitiveness of Chinese human resources present situation, and through and developed countries compared to find existing in our country's human resource development and competitive problems. Finally, in order to enhance the competi- tiveness of human resources of our country put forward several points of view, in order to areas related to deeper research started to provide some valuable reference.
