摘要 新世纪急需复合型人才。随着社会经济的转型和发展,对于熟知国外经济事务的实用性法律人才的需求度越来越高。传统教学方式培育出来的人才无法满足新时代的新需求,这也正推动了教学的进一步改革,致力于培养具有语言运用能力,法律思维能力及实际运用能力方面的复合型人才。因此,基于课堂反馈信息,本文试图通过分析《国际经济法》课程的教学目标,现有的困境及可行性措施几个方面,提出本门课程双语教学方面可行的改革措施。 In urgent need of talents for new century with the transformation and development of social economy, the requirement of being familiar with foreign economic affairs of practical legal talent demand is higher and higher. Traditional teaching mode of cultivated talents cannot satisfy the new requirements of the new era, this also is pushing for the further reform of teaching, to cultivate language using ability, thinking ability and practical ability to use law aspects of interdisciplinary talents. Based on classroom feedback information, therefore, through the analysis of the teaching goal of the course of international economic law, this paper attempts to discuss the existing difficulties and feasibility measures from several aspects and puts forward feasible bi- lingual teaching reform in this course.
