造血干细胞体外诱导生成血小板研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 临床血小板需求量逐年增加,但血小板储存期短、献血者人数的不确定性等造成临床血小板供给不足。造血干细胞可体外诱导生成巨核细胞,继而生成血小板,此途径对临床用血意义重大。其中,体外培养的各种参数,特别是可以调控生成血小板的细胞因子,对构建血小板体外诱导培养体系有重要影响。随着血小板体外培养技术的不断进步,相信在不久的将来,造血干细胞体外诱导生成的血小板可成为临床用血的重要来源。 Clinical platelet demand increases every year, but the platelet storage period is short. The problem is the uncertainty of the number of donors, which will result in insufficient clinical platelet supply. Hematopoiefic stem cells can be induced to differentiate into megakaryocytes to produce platelets, which has great significance for clinical use. The various in vitro culture factors, especially the cytokines, are of great significance for the construction of platelet in vitro inducing system. With technical advances on producing platelets in vitro, it's believe that in the near future the platelets derived from hematopoiefic stem cells can become an important clinical blood source.
