摘要
瞬时受体电位M7通道(TRPM7)是一种具有阳离子通道和蛋白激酶双重结构的膜蛋白,因而TRPM7也被称为通道酶。近年来的研究发现,高血压、糖尿病、心脏病以及脑血管病均可由于血管损伤导致,TRPM7与血管损伤的关系密切,TRPM7通道具有负向调节血管内皮细胞的功能。随着对TRPM7通道的研究的不断深入,科学家们相信该通道会为内科医师介入研究血管性疾病提供一个新的靶向目标。
Transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily M member 7 ( TRPM7 ) is a membrane protein which has cation channel proteins and protein kinase structure, therefore TRPM7 is also known as "channel enzyme". Recent studies found hypertension, diabetes, heart disease and cerebrovascular disease could result from vascular injury. TRPM7 channel is close with vascular injury, and it negatively regulates the function of vascular endothelial cells. So scientists believe that it will facilitate the development of a new target for the therapeutic intervention of vascular diseases with the deepening of the channel TRPM7 studies.
