骨缺损的治疗对于骨科医师来说一直是一项严峻的考验,目前多种技术已在临床上成功用于骨缺损。自体骨移植仍然是治疗<5 cm骨缺损的常用方法,Masquelet技术和牵拉成骨技术适用于较大范围骨缺损的治疗,而大范围骨缺损可考虑采用血管化腓骨移植治疗方式,在某些情况下肢体缩短也适用于骨缺损的治疗,但各种方法的并发症均普遍存在。作为临床医师,准确的判断和手术技术的合理应用可以将各种并发症降到最低。

The treatment of bone defect for orthopedic surgeons has been a severe challenge. Nowdays many kinds of methods have been successfully used in bone defect. Autologous bone graft is still the commonly used methods for 〈 5 cm bone defect,while Masquelet technique and distraction osteogenesis are applicable to larger bone defect, and for the wide range of bone defect orthopedist may consider using vascularized fibula transplantation, besides, limb shortening is also suitable for the treatment of bone defect in some cases, but the existence of complications is universal for all methods. Accurate judgment and reasonable application of surgical technique by doctors can minimize the complication degree.
