摘要
糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是糖尿病患者严重的微血管并发症,其细胞和分子机制尚不完全清楚。视网膜新生血管的形成是导致DR患者严重视力损害的重要因素之一,而血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在新生血管形成中起重要作用。目前,抗VEGF药物已广泛用于年龄相关性黄斑变性的治疗,并在向糖尿病性黄斑水肿及增殖性DR等眼部其他血管性疾病治疗方向扩展,它的发明预示着眼科血管性疾病治疗新时代的到来。
Diabetic retinopathy（DR） is one of the most serious complications of diabetes mellitus, but its cellular and molecular bases are only partially understood. It is evident that angiogenesis is one of the important reasons of serious visual impairment in diabetic retinopathy,and VEGF has a major role in pathogenesis of angiogenesis. Now, ocular anti-VEGF therapy is widely used in age-related macular degeneration and expanding to diabetic macular edema and proliferative DR, which heralds a new era in the treatment of vascular and exudative diseases of the retina.
