复宫宁制剂对子宫内膜异位症患者血清VEGF、MCP-1、RANTES的影响

The Impact of Complex Gongning Preparation on Serum VEGF,MCP-1,RANTES of Patients with Endometriosis

目的探讨复宫宁制剂对子宫内膜异位症(EMT)患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)、受激活调节正常T细胞表达和分泌因子(RANTES)的影响。方法选取2014年6月至2015年6月在黄石市爱康医院妇产科就诊的128例EMT患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各64例。对照组患者给予去氧孕烯炔雌醇片(0.15 mg/d)联合醋酸曲普瑞林(8 mg/d)治疗;观察组在对照组基础上给予复宫宁制剂治疗,每日0.5 g/kg,治疗时间为1个月。对比分析两组患者的治疗效果,并分别于治疗前后应用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测两组血清VEGF、MCP-1、RANTES水平。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组[96.9%(62/64)比81.3%(52/64)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后总盆腔体症评分、总阳性体征评分、总主观体征评分为(1.0±0.4)分、(1.5±0.3)分、(2.4±0.5)分,显著低于对照组的(3.4±0.3)分、(2.2±0.4)分、(4.6±0.8)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者治疗后VEGF、MCP-1、RANTES水平分别为(112±32)ng/L、(12±5)ng/L、(142±22)μg/L,显著低于对照组的(186±38)ng/L、(25±6)ng/L、(184±22)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论复宫宁制剂能有效抑制EMT患者VEGF、MCP-1、RANTES分泌,改善患者临床症状,提高患者治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the impact of complex Gongning preparation on serum vascular endothelial growth factor（ VEGF）, monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 （MCP-1）, regulated upon activation normal T-cell expressed and secreted factor （RANTES） of patients with endometriosis（EMT）. Methods Total of 128 cases of EMT in Huangshi Aikang Hospital from Jun. 2014 to Jun. 2015 were included in the study and divided into a control group （ n = 64） and an observation group （ n = 64 ） according to the random number table method. The contrel group was treated with desqgestrel （0. 15 mg/d） joint triptoreliu acetate （8 mg/d） ,and the observation group was added fugongning preparation on the basis of the control group＇s regimen,0. 5 g/kg daily,both groups were treated for one month. The levels of VEGF, MCP-1, RANTES of the two groups before and after treatment were measured with ELISA. Results The total effective rate of the observation group and control group were 96.9% （62/64） and 81.2% （52/64） （P 〈0. 05）. The total score of pelvic physical symptoms, positive signs the overall score, the total score of subjective symptoms of the observation group were （ 1.0 ±0.4） score, （ 1.5 ±0.3 ） score, （2. 4 ± 0.5 ） score,lower than the control group＇s （3.4 ± 0.3 ） score, （ 2. 2 ± 0. 4 ） score, （ 4.6± 0.8 ） score （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The levels of VEGF, MCP-1 ,RANTES of the observation group after treatment [ （ 112 ± 32 ） ng/L, （ 12 ±5 ） ng/L, （ 142 ±22） μg/L] were significantly lower than the control group [ （ 186 ± 38 ） ng/L, （ 25±6 ） ng/L, （ 184 ± 22 ） μg/L], with statistically significant differences （ p 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Fugonguing preparation can inhibit VEGF, MCP-1, RANTES secretion of the EMT patients,improve clinical symptoms and the therapeutic effect.
