摘要
提出一种拉曼光谱自动定性分析算法,基于二阶导数和阈值判定对拉曼光谱谱线自动寻峰,无须进行背景扣除,即可实现从荧光背景中提取有用的光谱信号.在此基础上进一步对比拉曼光谱数据库确定待测物成分,实现对样品的拉曼光谱谱线定性分析.基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器平台编写了分析程序,便于在此基础上开发低成本便携式拉曼光谱仪,在食品、考古、珠宝鉴定、司法等物质定性分析领域有潜在的应用价值.
Automated qualitative analysis algorithm of Raman spectroscopy was presented,background correction and auto-peak-location of spectroscopy lines is given by second derivative and threshold determine,the available spectral signals were picked-up from fluorescence background.Furthermore,determines the constituents of samples through the comparison of wave Roman shift and standard database based on this,achieves qualitative analysis of the samples of Raman spectroscopy.An analysis program was completed based on LabVIEW Virtual instrument platform,convenient for development of portable Roman spectrometer and inexpensive.it has potential application values on material qualitative analysis field of food,archaeological,identification of jewelry and justice.
