基于双向视角的通讯行业营销人员的信任营销调研分析

摘要 在全球信息技术高速发展过程中,通信行业作为技术发展的中流砥柱呈现如火如荼之势,近年来,随着通讯行业内部业务升级换代的局限性,以及来自外部的OTT行业的压力,使得传统业务量日渐萎缩。当前,对集团用户的争夺对通讯行业的商家来说格外重要,信任作为营销工作的基础,为企业的健康永续发展发挥重要的作用。文章针对在通讯行业的营销人员和客户两个角度就信任营销展开调研,发现影响彼此信任的因素。
