地方本科院校教学质量内部保障思考

Thinking about Internal Assurance for Teaching Quality in Local Universities

本文通过对地方本科院校的现状、存在问题以及影响因素等问题的研究,提出了一些教学质量内部保障措施,提出了加强教学管理、学风建设和师资队伍建设是教学质量保障的关键,有望对地方本科院校教学质量的提高起到借鉴和启发的作用。

Through researching the current situation, problems and key factors that have impacts on local universities, we provide some ways to improve the internal teaching quality. Strengthening teaching administration, style construction and teachers＇ professional development are the key factors to assure teaching quality, and they are expected to be a useful reference that helps improve the quality of teaching in local universities.
