坚持以人为本的管理思想,是建设和谐校园,推进高职院校学生管理工作创新的有力支撑,也是新时期做好大学生思想政治教育工作的关键所在。当前,社会处于经济大发展和信息大爆炸阶段,应对"90后"的学生,高职院校在学生管理工作方面还存在一些问题,如何找出问题,解决问题,让以人为本理念落实到位,是建立高职院校学生管理工作新模式的关键。

Adhering to the people-oriented idea of management greatly supports harmonious campus construction and student management innovation in higher vocational colleges, and also plays a crucial role in college students＇ ideological and political education in the new period. With great economic development and information explosion at present, some problems arose in ＂post-90s＂ student management of higher vocational colleges. How to find and solve the problems and effectively implement the people-oriented concept is the key to the establishment of a new model for student management in higher vocational colleges.
