建设契合高职人才培养模式的心理健康教育课程体系的思考——以湖北职业技术学院为例

摘要 根据高职人才培养目标的要求,阐释了如何建设适合湖北职业技术学院人才培养模式的心理健康教育课程体系,依据湖北职业技术学院心理健康教育的现状提出了几点建议和未来课程建设的方向。现状从学生的心理健康状况、心理健康教育必修课的普及和课程标准化建设、师资队伍建设和教学研究、心理健康教育课的开展与高职人才培养目标的关联性这四个方面来阐述。未来课程的建设方向则着眼于统一规范课程标准、课程的设置、师资队伍建设、科研项目和教学研究的支持、与学生专业融合、职业角色和性别角色不符的学生的心理健康教育和融入本地特色文化这几个方面。 In accordance with the requirements of higher vocational talent cultivation objectives, this paper elaborates how to establish a psychological health education course system suitable for the talent cultivation model of Hubei Polytechnic Institute, and then proposes several suggestions and a future course construction direction based on the current situation of psychological health education in Hubei Polytechnic Institute. The current situation is elaborated from the status of students' psychological health, the popularization of psychological health compulsory courses and standardized course construction, teaching staff construction and teaching research, the relationship between the implementation of psychological health courses and higher vocational talent cultivation objectives. The future course construction direction mainly focuses on regulating the course standard, course setting, teaching staff construction, scientific research projects and teaching research, students' integration with their majors, psychological health education of students whose professional role and gender role are inconsistent, and the infiltration of local features into psychological health education.
