摘要
通过对本质安全概念的理解,结合本质安全电路用电缆(本安电缆)的一般要求,指出了本安电缆的结构设计和材料选用的特点。为了满足本质安全电路安全运行的要求,必须根据本质安全电路的工作条件对本安电缆的重要设计参数(分布电容、分布电感和电缆允许最大长度)进行估算、确定。正确设计和使用本安电缆是保证本质安全系统的防爆性能的必要条件,必须在这方面加以重视,避免事故的发生。
Through the understanding of intrinsically safety concept, and combined with the general requirements of intrinsically safe cable, the characteristics of structure design and material selection of intrinsically safe cable are pointed out. In order to meet the requirements for safe operation of the intrinsically safe circuit, the important design parameters of the cable (distributed capacitance, distributed inductance and cable maximum allowed length) must be estimated and determined according to the working conditions of the intrinsically safe circuit. Proper design and use of intrinsically safe cable are the necessary conditions to ensure the explosion-proof performance of intrinsically safe system and attentions must be paid to this respect to avoid accident.
