摘要
介绍了一种以二氧化硅作为绝缘材料的特种射频同轴电缆的研制。重点阐述了二氧化硅绝缘射频同轴电缆的结构、选材、工艺流程及性能测试。该二氧化硅绝缘射频同轴电缆性能优异,耐温等级可达到1 000℃,耐γ射线辐射等级可达到108 Gy,可满足严苛环境对信息传输电缆安全、可靠、稳定和长寿命的要求,可用于核反应堆的监控系统,也可用于火箭、卫星等高精尖领域。
The development of a kind of special RF coaxial cables with SiO2 insulation is introduced. The structure, material choice, process, and performance test of the cable are mainly elaborated. The cable has excellent performances, its temperature resistance level can reach 1 000℃, γ-ray radiation resistance level can reach 108 Gy, which can meet the requirements on safety, reliability, stability and longevity of information transmission cables in harsh environment. It could be widely applied to the advanced areas such as the monitoring systems for nuclear reactor, rockets, satellite and so on.
